ICSV is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Department in all areas pertaining
to assisting ICSV Staff members with varying needs. Those areas include gathering
and submitting all necessary documents for teachers’ visas and work permits,
general member care, and other areas pertaining to Austrian affairs. He/she assists
with communication with various official Austrian authorities and assists with reports,
statistics, and the HR database. He/she serves as administrative assistant to the
Finance and Human Resources Manager, providing general Human Resources
and administrative support.

Qualifications

• College Degree, preferably in Business Management, with a Human Resources background
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the area of Human Resources
• Proficient in German and English language (written and oral)
• Knowledge of Austrian Affairs and local laws
• Experience in the educational arena preferred
• Experience working in different environments and cultural settings is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
