ICSV is currently seeking qualified Primary (American Kindergarten) Teacher to join our elementary faculty for the 2021/2022 school year.

The primary responsibility of the teacher is to carry out professional duties within assigned classes. He/She will be in charge of day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the students while promoting the aims and objectives of the school.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Elementary Education
  • Current ACSI certificate with coursework in education (or ability to get certificate)
  • Teaching experience/training in the US system preferred
  • State or national teacher certification preferred
  • Overseas/Cross-cultural experience preferred
  • Prior classroom teaching experience preferred
  • Proficiency or basic knowledge in German (A1) is preferred, but not a requirement

Facilities and IT Coordinator

HIRING: FACILITIES AND IT COORDINATOR

ICSV is currently seeking a Facilities and IT Coordinator to join our team in July 2021.

The Facilities and IT Coordinator is responsible for the organization and supervision of the IT and Facilities departments. S/He is a member of these teams, meeting the needs of the school. S/He coordinates the daily facility and IT operations including planning, design, workspace, construction, leases, occupancy, maintenance, furniture, cleaning, network infrastructure, wifi, etc. The Facilities and IT Coordinator must enjoy working in a service and support position, meeting the needs of the different school departments.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in Technical and Facility Management
  • Business, Engineering, or Technical Degree preferred
  • Experience in construction industry preferred
  • Technology certifications in MS Office, Google Classroom, etc. preferred
  • Fluency in English; fluency in German preferred; B1 level German required

ICSV is currently seeking an Office Assistant-Elementary to join our team in August 2021.

The Office Assistant-Elementary works as part of the Office Team, primarily in support of the Elementary Principal/Student Support Services Coordinator.  The Office Assistant-Elementary assists the Elementary Principal with scheduling, awards assemblies, data entry, clerical tasks, and chapel organization. S(he) communicates with the After-School Care Coordinator and assists with general office support, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior office experience desired
  • Education background preferred
  • Previous experience in school office preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German language preferred

Office Assistant-Registrar

HIRING: OFFICE ASSISTANT-REGISTRAR

ICSV is currently seeking an Office Assistant-Registrar to join our team in August 2021.

The Office Assistant-Registrar works in conjunction with the Secondary Principal and Guidance Counselor to provide support to students primarily in grades 6 through 12. The Office Assistant-Registrar also assists the principals with schoolwide scheduling, awards assemblies, and graduation. In addition, the Office Assistant-Registrar maintains and updates student files, report cards, and transcripts. S(he) processes withdrawing and graduating students, determines extracurricular eligibility, processes official documents, and assists with general office support, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Previous experience in high school or college office preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German language preferred

ICSV is currently seeking a qualified Digital Content Creator to join our Advancement Team. We are seeking a Digital Content Creator who is self-motivated and professional, with a strong background in digital communication/design. The applicant must be passionate about crafting great stories, creating content for a wide range of media, including video, digital, print, website, and social media.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Works directly with the Advancement Director.
  •  Develops content for web pages, social media platforms, and other publications.
  •  Creates compelling, engaging content to promote ICSV to Christian organizations, businesses, and other audiences.
  •  Ensures all content is on-brand and meets ICSV’s requirements.
  •  Uses search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of the website in search results.
  • Identifies any issues and resolves them in a timely manner.
  • Stays up-to-date with current trends and remains very knowledgeable in the field.
  • Is able to keep track of and consistently execute digital strategies and goals.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Design, or relevant field.
  •  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in content creation, and/or in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
  •  Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
