The Challenge: Growth Has Exceeded Our Capacity Our current building simply cannot keep pace with God’s blessing on our school. Enrollment growth over recent years has pushed us to near capacity, and we’re facing a critical decision point: either turn away families seeking Christ-centered education, or expand our facilities to meet demand. Every semester, we make difficult decisions about which families we can accommodate—decisions that affect real children and their educational futures. Why Your €10Million Investment Matters The €10 million campaign represents approximately 20% of total construction costs—a level that aligns with capital campaign best practices. Your donor commitment accomplishes four critical objectives: 1. Reduces our long-term debt - Every Euro raised decreases the amount we draw from our €48 million loan facility, lowering annual debt service and preserving financial flexibility for decades to come. 2. Equips the building for 21st-century learning - Campaign funds provide state-of-the-art instructional and audiovisual technology, science and sports equipment, musical instruments, furniture, and essential resources that transform construction into a thriving educational environment. 3. Bridges the enrollment transition period - As we grow from 350 to 600 students over the next few years, donor support covers operational demands during the transition from our existing building to the new campus. 4. Demonstrates strong community investment - Philanthropic capital signals to our financial partners that ICSV has deep stakeholder support, which strengthens our institutional stability. Our Strategic Response In 2019, the Lord provided the opportunity to purchase the property adjacent to our current campus. After faithful prayer and diligent planning, we have completed the rezoning, secured building permits, and broken ground.
