High School Girls Take Second Place in Salzburg

The ICSV High School Girls Basketball Team finished second place in the DVAC Basketball Jamboree in Salzburg. Despite having limited players in the team, the girls stepped up and made it all the way to the Championship. A big shout out to Lara C. (Grade 11) for being nominated by coaches and players as one of the top five players in the tournament. Congratulations to the girls for playing their hearts out!

ICSV HS Boys Basketball Team Finish Second in Tournament

During the DVAC Basketball Jamboree in Salzburg, the ICSV High School Boys Basketball Team finished second place. A big shout out to Ratu L. (Grade 9) and Hayden O. (Grade 10) for being nominated as one of the top five players in the tournament. Wonderful job to all the players and coaches!

Middle School Girls Basketball Team Takes Fourth Place in Budapest

During the Middle School DVAC tournament, the team won a big game against Budapest British International School, allowing them to advance to the semifinals. Unfortunately, with a key injury and fouls, they fell short by a few points. A great performance, nonetheless!

Middle School Boys Basketball Teams’ Victory Against DIS

The team opened up their season with two big wins! The B-Team won against DIS 61-19, while the A-Team finished with winning 49-17. Great job to both teams!

High School Girls Basketball Takes First Place in Budapest

On March 5th, the ICSV High School Girls Basketball team traveled to the International Christian School of Budapest for the 2022 DVAC JV Championship. The ladies won all of their games and took home the first-place trophy, winning against AIS Salzburg! Amazing job to everyone on the team, including Coach Alba and Coach Gerdes. Their hard work and discipline in training paid off.

Middle School Boys Basketball Team Wins Championship!

The ICSV Middle School Boys Basketball Team completes their amazing season, winning the ICSV Invitational MS Basketball Tournament this weekend! It was an amazing performance, as they won every game by more than 20 points, including winning the championship 52 – 24. This concludes their season, as they finish undefeated against MS competition!

The 2022 Basketball season ended with great performances from each of the ICSV Eagles Athletic teams. A big thank you to all the coaches and athletes for their time, work ethic, and determination. Keep up the great work, Eagles! To God be the glory!
