Athletic Director (Part-time or Full-time)
HIRING NOW part-time, or full-time, in combination with the Physical Education Teacher position
ICSV is currently seeking a qualified Athletic Director to join our faculty part-time for the 2027/2028 school year.
The Athletic Director is responsible for coordinating the fall, winter, and spring after-school sports programs for Middle School and High School students, including practices, games, and tournaments. General tasks and responsibilities include:
Schedule and coordinate practices, games (home and away), and tournaments
Coordinate with local sports facilities to arrange practice spaces for each sport
Recruit, onboard, and support coaches
Coordinate student transportation to and from sports events, including hiring drivers
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, students, faculty/staff, coaches, and the school community regarding all matters concerning the athletic programs
Oversee the budget with the Secondary Principal
Ensure the safety of all athletes and coaches
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
German language skills are a plus
Spiritual Qualifications
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Committed to support ICSV’s Christian mission and faith-based education
Willing to honor and uphold all standards outlined in the Faculty Handbook
Able to sign the ICSV Statement of Faith
Active member of a church that supports the school’s Statement of Faith
