Elementary Teacher Aide (Part-time)

HIRING NOW for school year 2026/2027 (part-time)

ICSV is currently seeking a part-time Teaching Aide to join our Elementary faculty for the 2026/2027 school year.

The primary responsibility of the Teaching Aide is to assist the classroom teacher and supervise students. General tasks and responsibilities include:

• Work alongside the classroom teacher to support instruction in whole group, small group, and individualized instruction.

• Actively supervise students during recess and/or before school.

• Supervise students during lunch.

• Know the procedures for dealing with issues of an emergency nature.

• Subbing as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education preferred

• Overseas/Cross-cultural experience preferred

• Prior classroom teaching experience preferred

• Proficiency or basic knowledge in German (A1) is highly preferred

Spiritual Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Committed to supporting ICSV’s Christian mission and faith-based education

• Willing to honor and uphold all standards outlined in the Faculty Handbook

• Able to sign the ICSV Statement of Faith

• Active member of a church that supports the school’s Statement of Faith
