High School Science Teacher (IBDP Biology)
Hiring for the 2026/2027 School Year
ICSV is currently seeking a qualified High School Science Teacher to teach International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Biology and other science courses as needed for the 2026/2027 school year.
The primary responsibility of the teacher is to carry out professional duties and responsibilities by providing instruction in Science (IBDP Biology for grades 11 and 12). He/She will be in charge of day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the students, while promoting the aims and objectives of the school.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science Education with an emphasis on Biology
Prior classroom teaching experience required
IB experience preferred (or willingness to be trained in teaching IBDP Biology)
Current ACSI certificate with coursework in education, or ability to obtain
Teaching experience/training in the US system preferred
State or national teacher certification preferred
Overseas/Cross-cultural experience preferred
Willingness to commit to two years

Personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Willing to honor and uphold all standards outlined in the Faculty Handbook
Able to sign the ICSV Statement of Faith
Active member of a church that supports the school’s Statement of Faith
